The founding board has set a vision for BlackGen Capital to serve minorities that are underrepresented in the financial services industry and business world. The organization’s purpose of most importance is to reduce the barriers that said minorities face when trying to access these fields by cultivating an environment that is not only educating but acts as a platform & network that members can professionally leverage.

We foster a community of talented Black, Hispanic, and Native American students who are interested in paying it forward and becoming the next generation of finance professionals. With the mission of closing the access gap for talented minority students, we provide our students the opportunity to attend private networking events and receive recruitment insight from our dedicated corporate sponsors.
